New iMacs coming soon?

There has been a boat load of rumors flying around the web the last week or two telling of new iMac’s.  Apple has remained mum on the whole issue but within the last week, retailers have been told to expect reduced shipments of current iMacs.  Usually that means one thing…a new line is coming out soon.  Of course, it could also mean that some critical part in the iMac manufacturing process is in short supply.  Ill take the former excuse as it is about time the iMac’s got some update love.  So what do you think?  Is it inevitable?  The new iMacs have been rumored to include new quad-core chips from Intel making the line between the low end Mac Pro and high end iMac even more blurry.  Only time will tell.
