Know a stores inventory in real time with ShopSavvy for Android
Sure there are many apps across several platforms that allow you to scan an item (such as the iPhones Snap Tell) or a barcode (again…iPhone app “Scan Life“) and inform show you prices from varoius online dealers. What if you wanted to take that information one step further and know how much stock on hand the store you’re currently on actually has? That is where Shop Savvy comes in. In the latest update to the popular free app, Shop Savvy uses information provided by Krillion to tie into stores inventory system and displays how much is currently in stock. This is definitely a cool feature. Will it move mountains and be responsible for a retail evolution? No. But again, it is a sweet idea. You can pick up Shop Savvy in the Android Marketplace now.
