Coolest April Fools gag that should be real: “Text N Walk”
It’s no surprise the mobile market is expanding. More and more people are navigating the concrete and man made jungles with their faces buried in the mobiles. Sending an email or a text makes you vulnerable to certain unfortunate events such as walking into someone, getting robbed, dropping something and not knowing it, and the worst case scenerio, getting hit by a car. Clearly not things we want to happen. An April Fools gag called “Text N Walk” is an app that would put a little PIP (picture in picture) window in the corner of your screen of what’s coming ahead as you walk (dare I say drive) while texting and emailing.
While this gag/app is but a mere dream, I dare and beg someone, anyone to implement this into an app. I guarantee your app no matter how terrible will make you mildly famous. Again this app is not real. Though now that it has been introduced into the wild, I’m hoping it is only a matter of time (hopefully sooner) before we can walk and text in safety!
