I know at least once or twice in your lives you may have looked at your dog, looked at your laptop, listened to the sounds radiating from it and then looked back at your dog wondering how you could somehow plug your computer into your dog (guess where) thereby creating a cute little puppy speaker, you need some help. Jokes aside, the USB Powered Puppy Speakers, products of The Japan Trust Company, are in fact the real deal. While definitely not my cup of tea, bottle of beer, (now we’re talkin’), I’m sure some poor sap out there will find these cute little speakers the perfect fit for their desktop. In case you’re curious, the pups represented are a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy (left) and a Dalmatian puppy (right). If you don’t like those two breeds, tough luck. That’s all you get. As far as sound quality goes, I wouldn’t expect much in the way of “amazing” as the actual speaker is located on the pups’ bellies out of sight meaning that you won’t get audiophile grade sound. However, I highly doubt a hardcore audiophile is going to purchase puppy speakers anyway. They just aren’t quite in the right market…just sayin’.
