Wireless exec’s deny text message price fixing [Shocker]

While anyone with half a brain knows that the more recent raising of a-la-carte text message pricing is nothing short of greed and possibly even price fixing, forcing customers into spending more for text packages, the judge and jury appear to be falling for the exec’s PR feel good image laced words.  They claim that only a small (17%) of customers actually use an a-la-carte method.  Could it be because it’s so damn expensive, forcing people into either expensive or expensive choices?  While paying the required $20/month for unlimited texts is *slightly* reasonable, $10/month for the same amount would be much more reasonable.  Theres no need for text messages, which cost nothing to send, should cost $20.  It’s greed and price gouging plain and simple.  Your thoughts?
