While the HTC loving world had their worlds rocked when the Sense UI for Android was announced, many WinMo fans more than likely had a bad taste in the mouths. Not because of what they ate of course, but because of the ever increasingly beautiful UI’s that crop up leaving the always aging WinMo in the dust. However, all is not lost. Apparently, the Sense UI for Android is but one pillar of three that will make up the core of “Sense”. Per HTC:
The Hero UI has been created specifically for HTC’s Android-based phones but also represents that three core pillars of HTC Sense. HTC’s future Windows Mobile phones will also be based on HTC Sense, but will enhance Windows Mobile in a way that is as appropriate and valuable to people.
WinMo fans can be happy again. Regardless of the UI changes that have come to 6.5 and from what we’ve seen so far of WinMo 7, the Sense UI will definitely be a welcome replacement for Microsoft’s lack of design. Are you excited?
