Android 2.0, 3G, WiFi, 5″ touchscreen and more coming to the Dell MID

Don’t you love it when rumors, particularly good rumors transgress from unicorn land into reality? That’s a pretty easy one to answer. Of course you do. Details of an Android packing Dell MID will no doubt get you salivating like a fat piece of properly cooked steak. As far as details go, the device spied above comes with Android 2.0 (Eclair), WiFi/Bluetooth/3G WWAN, 5″ 800 x 400 capacitive touchscreen as well as a dual-LED flash 5mp camera out back. The only thing leaving me concerned is yet again the battery power (or lack thereof) under the hood — a paltry 1,300 mAh.
