The xpPhone UI detailed in pictures

The xpPhone was almost a joke back when we first heard about it many ago. The thought of running not only a full blown desktop OS on a phone, but a 5+ year old desktop OS had many second guessing and discounting this phone long before any real pictures could be seen. Not to mention, such an odd and unique device rarely comes stateside. Well, take comfort in knowing that the “seeing” part can now be partially fullfilled. Now, don’t forget. This seemingly vaporware-esqe device had some pretty meaty specs:

After looking at the pics are you a bit more interested in this xpPhone? I have to admit, while the UI isn’t as graphical “pretty” as I like, it’s by far a lot better than I was expecting. The ever so important details including price, availability, etc. are still up in the cloud. We’ll keep watching.
