Snail mail command center: The Space Invaders Mailbox

It’s Monday…the cold hard reality is setting in. Roughly 4 days/96 hours/5,760 minutes/345,600 seconds until the weekend redemption strikes us yet again. It’s going to be a long journey, so why not start off this journey with a bit of careless, nerdy fun…?

The mailbox is one of the most common and frequently objects we interact with on a daily basis. I mean, it’s a box on a stick, there isn’t really much you can do with it. Sure some cute picture or novel design can make it your own. But such things don’t make you a geek per say. That is unless you the Space Invaders mailbox. Said box oozes geekiness to your mail man/woman and lets them know you’re a different kind of human. I couldn’t even try this if I wanted to as my “mailbox” is a slit in the door. Then again, I could try out the VHS Player Mailbox/slit/door box thing….
