It’s been a busy two days with the site and all. So much to my surprise when I was taking a relaxing stroll through a couple Droid forums did I find the answer to my dreams (as of November 6th) — the Droid has finally been rooted. You know what this means folks: multi-touch is this close. No to mention, plenty of tweaking, endless hours exploring new ROM’s (when they become available) and overall getting a sense of newness will be returning to your device. Who doesn’t love a gadget reborn?
Just to highlight, if you don’t feel comfortable taking your Droid’s life in your hands, I’d advise against the process as it isn’t exactly as easy as say, an iPhone jailbreak. Get to it!
