Microwave + TV = visual munchies

Microwave’s at one point were technologically amazing. TV’s have gone from massive cabinets of timber to mere shadows of plastic. The TV still has many ways to evolve. The Microwave — not so much. You can only do so much with a microwave. Increase the wattage, add a few extra buttons and you’re done. Much like many other kitchen appliances, the microwave has finally succumb to the flat screen age.
Admittedly not the first Microwave to implore the whole motion picture scene, it is by far the smallest, and best looking implementation of said mashup. Just think, buying a microwave in 2020 at BestBuy only to find yourself comparing input ports, display resolution, and deciding between 5.1 or 7.1 — on your new microwave.
Of course, the average microwave meal is in the 2-3 minute range so after commercials are filtered out, you’re meal is already done. With a wide array of input and output options however, maybe hooking up to or streaming content from your Boxee Box will sweeten the deal. Whataya say? Visual microwaving for the 21st century have you geeked?
