Nexus One animated backgrounds in all their motion picture goodness.

nexusSo far there haven’t been too many videos of the Nexus One pushed out onto the web. It’s mostly been still pictures or one of ten million videos highlighting the boot up animation. Exciting stuff indeed. How about something a little different such as a peek at those animated wallpapers that everyone is talking about? The animated wallpaper in the video is only one of many I’m sure but it gives us a good look at how it performs on the Nexus at least.

It’ll be interesting to see how the animated wallpapers work on the Droid and other older Android phones. Remember, the Nexus One has a 1GHz Snapdragon processor on board where as the Droid comes in a distant second at 550MHz and the rest of the field laps behind with older, even slower processors. Guess we’ll just have to wait until the official release someone puts together a stable functioning ROM for the Droid to find out.

For now it’s the current latest and greatest. But give it a few days. After another ten million versions leak out showing the very same thing, we’ll be on the quest for the next Nexus One vid. Enjoy at will.
