Microsoft’s Consumer Marketing department at work: “Android is stupid like a bag of puppies”.

General Manager of Windows Consumer Product Marketing, James DeBragga, seems to think carbon based puppies and digital based Android have a similar feature. At least that’s what his comment seems to mean when he says “Android is like a free puppy”. Riiiiight. The smackdown came after Entourage’s CEO complimented Android for it’s open, free, and easily customizable nature.

Furthering the free puppy comment, Mr. DeBragga goes on highlighting a puppies’ hardships once a consumer brings it into the home — again referencing the apparent hard time Android gives end users.

Being the manager of Microsoft’s consumer marketing division would lead me to believe he had something, anything better up his sleeve. But alas, all he had was free puppies.
