You could say that I have a problem with authority. It’s not so much the “authority” part as much as it is the morons who all too often find themselves being given important roles in society. Such rants and raves are for another day however, as currently it’s late, and I have to work in the morning (yuck)! There are more important fish to fry…

LimeRa1n — it’s here. Spread the good word and use it. Specifically those with iPhone OS 3.1.3, this is your update. LimeRa1n will make the process seamless and easy with one highly notable feature — the abolishment of tethered jailbreaking. Woots FTW!

The only bad part for the near future is that there isn’t an actual release date…yet. But a public rollout of LimeRa1n shouldn’t be too far off. Keep your browsers pointed to LimeRa1n.com. Soon that simple lime background will give way to the powers and consumer supporting powers within.

    i restored my 16gb iphone recently and after successful restore int now says insert a valid sim to activate i want to use my phone with the carrier of my choice how do i go about it.

      Did you use Sn0wbreeze? There was a ton of reports of that mucking up iDevices and being really buggy. Not the best choice for jailbreaking if so.

      If you used Pwnage-Tool, than that’s ok.

      But Pwnage-Tool requires a full restore with a completely custom, jailbroken firmware (best method honestly). Greenra1n modifies the current firmware.

    Correct, just as ave22301 has said, if you follow Geohot, you’ll know he has never had plans to release anything for 3.1.3, so don’t really take to heart what you read in the initial post.

    the Userland Spirit Jailbreak will probably be the quickest release we see for 3.1.3. The rest of em will most likely be waiting for 4.0. Especially Geohot as his last video was of a 4.0 jailbreak. Why blow your load too early with a useless 3.1.3 when 4.0 will be around soon enough.

    bla bla bla bla. Also the dev team have a jailbreak called donkey shite. But they are not releasing it.
    When he went to the toilet he brought his laptop and draw a green drop.
    And voila, there is your future jailbreak.
    As long as there are suckers donating, all they will ever give you is hopes. I sold my locked 3gs and bought an unlocked one. Now even if a jailbreak arrives, I WILL NOT JAILBREAK OR DONATE AGAIN.

    We shall see cause according to geohot via his tweeter he says done expect a jailbreak release from him for 3.1.3 anytime soon at all.. Geohot says to keep our eye on the Spirit jailbreak… But I myself am praying that limera1n will hit the Internet Friday following the release of the ipad 3g/wifi and that this limera1n tool will be an untethered jailbreak for iPhone 3gs 3.1.3 all models and also for all the other idevices. We shall see.
