I know I’ve said “the best…” before, indicating that a particular thing in a particular category leads the pack, but this Master Chief Xbox 360 decimating mod has me sitting in awe, and my wallet gaping open, wondering what if anything I have to give.
Yes folks, it’s time for another somewhat-crazy-though-not-so-crazy-when-you-think-about-it-and-actually-kind-of-useful gadget. Today, we’re looking at the Orange Amps All In One Computer Amplifier Speaker made by, Orange Amps. This odd looking contraption is actually a fully working guitar amp and computer all-in-one. (Ok, I’m done with all the “-” nonsense…)

If you had any doubts whether or not the leaked iPhone 4.0 hardware was legit or not, a new letter sent compliments of Apple’s Bruce Sewell goes to show what we’ve all pretty much suspected but just needed formal confirmation — the leaked iPhone hardware Giz picked up is the real deal.
By now I’m sure most of you have heard about the leaked iPhone 4.0 prototype hardware. It’s quite the departure from previous iPhones. And one departure that is very much still in prototype form, normally kept in extreme protection deep within company headquarters. But, manufacturers have to test their products out in the real world to make sure they do in fact work as intended. But everyone has bad days…

The last few days have seen plenty of fury on the internet regarding claimed iPhone 4.0 hardware. And wouldn’t you know it, the lucky folks at Gizmodo actually got their hands on the supposed iPhone 4.0 hardware and have more or less *confirmed* that it is at least an early prototype.
At first glance it’s definitely the most dramatic departure from the classic iPhone styling we’ve seen on the 2G, 3G, and 3GS. It’s a little more boxy — though rightfully so — to cram in a roughly 16% larger battery. (Finally!) The rest of the specs are just as interesting…

Full QWERTY keyboards may be all the rage nowadays with phones up and down the price chain gaining said feature. But even then, they’re not everyone’s favorite. To some, T9 is where it’s at *vomit*. And just for those who like the trifecta of letters and numbers, RIM has specially crafted something for you.

Feast your eyes above. It may not seem like much, and to many looks like a bunch of nonsense. But the real meat of it is this: iPhone 4.0 will finally support socially aware contacts and calenders.
By the looks of the .plist references above, Facebook is the only one to make the cut for now. Hopefully more services are welcomed inward. Because as popular as Facebook is, there are plenty of other services I would want to sync up with my contacts/calenders as well.
Excited? Care less?
