#CES2011: myCharge, recase, udrop, and powerbag by rfa.

Besides the gadgets that we love and lust after each and every day, the accessories that accompany them are perhaps just as important. A new startup company called rfa has four umbrella brands that aim to cater to various aspects of a gadget lover’s life: myCharge, recase, drop, and powerbag. Hop inside for the rundown.

myCharge is a line of small external batteries and battery cases for gadgets, with the cases being specific to Apple’s iPod Touch and iPhone 4. Capacity ranges from 3,000mAh – 6,000mAh. The recase is a unique line of laptop and tablet sleeves and cases that are 100% recyclable. Who knows, the case you hold in your hand may have come from the seat of a car.

The drop line of products is set of iPhone cases mixing various soft + hard configurations, while the powerbag is a nifty blending of bag + cords. While we’re on the top of powerbag, we’ll highlight the most noteworthy feature — you never have to plug in multiple gadgets. Simply plug your gadgets into the bag and then plug your bag into the wall. Everything charges at the same time.

The hardware that was on hand at CES was fresh off the assembly line and did exhibit several manufacturing defects that are scheduled to be tweaked in the coming weeks following CES, ultimately leading to a February release date.

The website for everything above isn’t live quite yet. In the meantime, there are several PDFs you can check out to familiarize yourself while you wait.
