Power users of Twitter: TweetDeck for iOS 2.0 is out! The 2.0 numbering does not signify a major revision. Instead, the TweetDeck team went back to the drawing board and re-built the application from scratch. All the standard tweet/re-tweet/DM/@replies are here as are numerous other features including:
- iOS 4 Features: mutlitasking and Retina Display graphics
- Multi-touch gestures and navigation
- Threaded tweet/conversation view
- A much sleeker, nice UI
- Facebook Integration: Wall posts, messages, likes
- Faster and more stable
TweetDeck 2.0 is better than the first-gen app in every way. We’ll add that we really love the new UI which pulls from the Android version of the app as it is far nicer to look at. And seeing as how we spend quite a lot of time on Twitter, that’s a good thing.
