AT&T’s original March announcement of the LG Thrill 4G was followed by an overly vague “in the coming months” release date. Today AT&T has tightened things up a bit with a new press release quoting a release “this summer”. While still vague in the sense there are several months that classify as “summer”, it’s nice to know we still won’t be waiting for the AT&T version of the Optimus 3D into the holiday season.
Besides the numerous 3D additions tacked on, the Thrill will carry a 4.3″ display @ 480 x 800 resolution, 1GHz dual-core TI OMAP4 processor, dual 5-megapixel cameras, 8 GB of storage, and Android 2.2.
Resume waiting…
