Is Xavier Kaotico (aka: Xavier de Leon or “sabu”) the LulzSec leader? Yes according to a hacker/”hacktivist” by the name of @The3J35t3r. Supposedly Sabu is a New York native who specializes in IT consultant work focusing on Python programming, Linux development, network security and exploit development.
As of writing LulzSec has not publicly acknowledged or responded to claims that Xaiver Kaotico/”Sabu” is the leader, though we don’t expect them to either.
Thus far, the list of targets LulzSec has “sank” include Sony, Citigroup, the CIA, FBI, Arizona police force, PBS, and the U.S. Senate just to name a few.
After a brief mini-war with fellow hacker group Anonymous, the two forces have combined efforts to continue their onslaught against the U.S. Government in an attempt to wage “immediate and unremitting war on the freedom-snatching moderators of 2011.”
