Apple made iOS notifications wholly better in iOS 5 with the Android-esque drop down shade. But they forgot one core app — the phone. While all other notifications can now be relegated to a much less intrusive banner notification, new phone calls still rip you out of the currently open program, interrupting an otherwise seamless experience. Thankfully, the jailbreak community has delivered once again with a new Cydia tweak that adds call notifications to the same notification window and banner style.

The new tweak isn’t yet available yet but according to the two devs behind the hack — @limneos and @sh8kespeare — availability will be “soon”.
