Floppy disks haven’t been relevant for a couple decades now but that doesn’t mean they still don’t have a few uses. There’s always the cheap, reliable (nerd) bachelor drink coaster. The child safe Chinese throwing star square. And finally, paint medium.

A London based artist by the name of Nick Gentry has taken to using various forms of old technology to create very modern works of art. While it certainly won’t tickle everyone’s artistic fancy, the floppy disk “paintings” in particular are cool enough that we’d hang one over our desk. You?
