AT&T and T-Mobile certainly got some lovin’ from HTC at MWC this year. The One X, S and V smartphones each feature some pretty compelling features (hardware and software) that are sure to be a hit with customers once the devices hit later this year. Bittersweet news, T-Mobile fans. The carrier has announced at MWC that they are abandoning plans to rollout ridiculously fast 84 Mbps 3G HSPA+ service. HSPA networks could get an extended stay in relevancy if a new technology debuting at MWC can perform like Nokia Siemens Networks claims. The technology, “Multiflow”, essentially let’s an HSPA+ device talk to two towers simultaneously when on the edge of either towers’ reach.
