Whether or not you feel Gizmodo operated outside of the law — or at the very least, outside of the ethics of journalism — regarding the circumstances surrounding the lost iPhone and their admission in paying for it, you can’t help but want to joke about it. And who better to make fun of Apple and corporate America than John Stewart…?

It used to be that Comcast was one of my least favorite if not most hated media providers. When they first started enacting the 250GB cap on monthly internet, I decided that was the last straw. Funny how time changes things isn’t it? For now, Comcast looks pretty mild in comparison to other ISP’s in particular who are pushing much stricter monthly bandwidths, some barely making it into the double digit range. If there were ever anything that would make me like them again, enough to actually want to give them my money, a thick slathering of humor would certainly do it.
So how would Comcast go about spreading this humor stuff to end users such as myself? You know those little descriptions that tell you a bit about each movie you can watch? Take a closer look next time. What you read may shock you, make you laugh, and ultimately fill your pants with unmentionables as you fight to contain your bowels after reading some of their clever and so very true descriptions.
Thanks to WTF Comcast, you and I can enjoy some of the Comcast movie description writers’ greatest works.

If that isn’ t a slap in the face, I don’t know what is. Whether Mr. Anderson has some ill will or salty feelings for his old love is between him and himself for the time being. What is immediately apparent to all of us is now that he’s free, he can be a bit more, um, social. Even though the page is fake, as one can see above, it is well done and a great play on social networking none the less. Did it have you fooled at first?

We all like a good joke. A good parody video making fun of someone else’s short comings. What could make you laugh? A skateboarding dog? Fat chick on a bike falling off? Or how about an attempt by Microsoft to drum up interest in Win7? In all reality, the last option wouldn’t be “laughing” funny. Instead, it would be more like good god this is horrible I want to hang myself funny. However, in our lives we need a good hearty chuckle. Naturally, a loyal Mac user took some time out of his busy day to give us all a dose of youth elixir in the form of a remixed Microsoft Win7 Launch Party How-To. Except this one is worth watching (eh — so so). For your pleasure, and to make it easier on you oh dear reader, both the original and remixed videos are right inside. Sit back and relax, it’s quite a laugh (not so much).
