Surprised? Ya, no one is surprised. AT&T finishing last in call quality is a given. To be fair, none of the big four carriers: Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, or AT&T ranked above 75. Even still, more written evidence of AT&T’s saturated and broken network is disappointing. But the real disheartening thing is AT&T’s misguided response: We appreciate and value all customer feedback. We learn from it and it helps us serve our customers better....
