49-hub

While most computer users will never need more than 4 USB ports at a time, there some out there, peripheral fanatics that will have any and every USB device under the sun. Besides desktop missile launchers, coffee warmers, and wireless devices, before you know it you’re already bouncing off the limits of your motherboard and attached USB hug(s). If you wanted to lets say 49 of those, you would be limited to around 28 or so devices (assuming the standard 4-port design on laptops coupled with 7 port USB hubs on each). Now, whether or not you could actually use all 28 ports is another question. However, if 28 ports isn’t enough for you and you’d like to take it to the next level, enter the zone of insanity – 49-port USB hubs. While no consumer could ever need this many ports, bragging to your friends about how many ports you have could become quite popular no? Instead, these freaks of nature are destined for laboratory use for more scientific methods such as testing and mass transfers. However, mere civilians who want to get in on the port loving action can expect to drop $644.62 US dollars for the bragging rights. Still, it’s cool to dream…isn’t it?
