Ride your bike, listen to music, and hear oncoming traffic

Riding a bike in the world we live in today, with higher gas prices and the ever increasingly popular green movement, is becoming more and more the method of transportation for many individuals.  Naturally, taking a bike takes longer, meaning you need something to pass the time on your way to work, school, or play.  While you can obviously use any mp3 or CD player, the danger in that is that if you’re really in your own little world blaring away to your tracks of choice, a Mack Truck could be bearing down on you and you wouldn’t have the slightest clue, senselessly trying to steer your bike and air drum at the same time.  However, thanks to the Podio music player, riding your back and jammin’ to your tunes is now a little more safe.  Why so?  The Podio doesn’t actually use headphones to deliver music to your ears, but an external speaker.  Granted, others around you will be blessed/cursed with the privilege of jamming out with you.  Granted, that is a small price to pay for not getting plastered by a truck isn’t it?  As far as specs go, it is pretty meager coming with 2GB of storage, 20 hours of music playback provided by its internal rechargeable lithium ion battery, and support for MP3 and WMA file types.  Bikers and headphone haters, you hooked?
