It appears reports from late last week about a potential delay for devices using Qualcomm’s new S4 processor(s) is looking more concrete. Today, Slashgear is also reporting that the line in which Qualcomm manufacturers their 28nm S4 silicon was shut down in mid-February and isn’t scheduled to ramp back up until sometime within the next few weeks.
