Want AirPrint on your OS X 10.6.5 equipped Mac now? You’re in luck. Ok, so you’ll need the AirPrint files that were included last beta and a basic knowledge of computers so you aren’t completely lost when dumping the required files in their needed places. But it’s straight forward and relatively painless. Though, due to Apple’s reluctance to push out the feature, we’d have to assume there are some pretty nasty bugs. As always proceed at your own risk.
After the required files are installed, a simple reboot and re-adding of your printer to your computer is all that’s needed to get the whole gig up and running.
Sounds easy, right? For the full rundown, head on over to HardMac and let us know how it goes for you.
If there was thing that always bugged me about Twitter, it was that damn 140-character limit. Yeah, I totally get the point of short and to the point messages, but when trying to share information via hyperlinks, most if not all of many tweets would have their character allotment accounted for before the user could even get in a few letters. Not anymore! Twitter is changing the way links count towards character limit. But that’s not all…

It’s funny, I never thought Android 2.1 was all that big of a deal. After hearing some early performance numbers, it’s clear that 2.2/Froyo will be a much bigger deal.
As if the claimed 450% increase wasn’t enough on it’s own, TechCrunch has revealed that Froyo will also include USB Tethering and WiFi hotspot support right out of the box — no need to root!
That grabs your attention right away until you realize such goods are often locked down and grossly overpriced by carriers. So in that sense, rooting will still have a very important role in your life if connection sharing is your game.
Anyone getting even more pumped for Froyo?

Earbuds are usually worn inside of your ear as to keep sound leakage to a minimum both saving your hearing and keeping the people around you a bit more jolly. Walking around the streets in life, as it happens quite often, one may be with a group of friends and want to share a song with them. This casual affair usually involves passing an earbud around to a bunch of people which can be a big pain. Besides, do you really know who you’re swapping ear wax with? A far more elegant though probably just as terrible sounding option can now be found in the Keychain Speaker. This device is exactly what it sounds like, an earbud look-a-like speaker attached to a keychain for quick and easy use. Simply pop it into the headphone port of your choice and rock out with your friends. The absolute best part is the price — $11 out the door. Don’t forget one for me…

iPods are notorious for keeping their media locked down which in turn often frustrates customers as they have to jump through all sorts of 3rd party hoops just to get a simple song from one iPod to another. Thankfully a much easier solution is available to you thanks to the Easy iPod Media Sharer. Able to whisk songs along at up to a claimed 600KB/s means song transfers happen in mere seconds, not minutes. Sadly, DRM authorization and lock downs still persist meaning only DRM free songs will really be of much use to transfer. Don’t worry about carrying this device along and having a bulging pocket bothering you along every step of the way as this device is svelte 3″ x 2″ x 1″ in size meaning your pocket will work just fine. With the advent of the iPod Touch/iPhone with their WiFi/3G iTunes music stores, how relevant is transferring songs between devices anymore? Wouldn’t it just be easier to get it from the iTMS? Regardless, with as many legacy iPods as there are floating around, I see the Easy iPod Media Sharer and other devices like it enjoying a lengthy stay.
