Sorry for the error — it is T-Mobile who is offering Valentines Day sales consisting of free phones. NOT Verizon.
If you’re looking for either a new cellular provider or are already a T-Mobile customer in need of a new phone, this Valentines Day is going to be very rewarding. On two days — February 11th and February 12th — this month and this month alone, T-Mobile will make all smartphones available for free when a new 2-year contract is signed. Yeah, you have to give up two more years of your life to one carrier, but the pay off is pretty worthwhile if you ask us.
The only knock we have against T-Mo’s little love deal is the mere fact that “all” smartphones aren’t really included in this sale — just the ones in the image above. But hey, we can’t get too upset. Their Valentines Day deal is far better than any other carriers’. Is a new T-Mobile phone in your future?
Sappy gadget lovers, while you may have missed Valentines Day 2010, 2011 is your year of redemption. If you happen to have a significant lover that also shares your love for gadgets, iChocolates are the only thing you need to consider…

Feeling like getting your sweetie something different this year for Valentines Day and don’t want to cave to the stereotypical Valentines Day gift? Perhaps you just like to be different no? There’s certainly nothing wrong with that. While everyone gets all hung up on being sweet and giving sugary gifts that are supposed to convey soft, unbinding love, you can sucker punch that general stereotype straight in the face with a heart-shaped “Valentines Day pizza. Sweets and softness are out and brawny salt, cheese, and fat are in.
The heart-shaped, cupid slaying pizza is brought to us by Domino’s Japan. (They get all the cool stuff over there, don’t they?) Available the 10th – 15th, ordering this pizza can be done just like any other piece of bread and cheese via internet or cellphone. Have a unique and “different” Valentines Day this year for only $14.50, netting you (2) heart-shaped pizzas for you and yours.
On a side note: Why doesn’t cool stuff like the heart-shaped pizza happen here in the US?

Besides being a gadget aficionado, chocolate also ranks up there on my list of “loves”. With that out of the way, have you ever wondered what an HTC Hero would look like if it were transformed into a block of chocolate? Psh, forget how it looks, I’m more concerned with how it tastes. Too bad I’m not a member of the EnglishRussia blog as it seems HTC is feeling all sweet and gift happy towards them, sending them Choco-fied HTC Heros.
The reasoning behind the mysterious edibles is unknown at this point. According to the blog above, it was a “New Year” type of thing. For what it’s worth, they came old school via messenger delivery — a nice personal touch. If it was HTC getting all personal and down to earth, I have to ask: Where’s my HTC Hero Chocolate Bar?

Provocative? Unnecessarily dirty? Sleezy? All could be used to describe the title. Though if you really think about it, I’m doing you a sort of subtle favor — I’m saving your life. If you’re anything like me, you have an insatiable chocolate obsession. Yes, I love, and I mean love chocolate. So much so that at first glance a geeky little toy such as a chocolate light switch plate would seem like an awesome gift. That is until I realize that if the person I’m gifting it to really is anything like me, I just helped them in their own suicide.
Chocolate formed into many household items and other things — good. Formed into a light switch which some senseless human being will inevitably succumb to the cravings and begin to lick away, soon discovering the basics of modern electricity — bad, very bad.
Just remember, keep this Valentine’s Day safe. If you’re gifted the Chocolate Light Switch, either eat it or use it — not both.

Here in the states, everyone is looking at Halloween quickly approaching. A few weeks later, the big ‘ol turkey strolls by with Christmas soon after. While Valentines day is still several months and holidays away, why wait to get your special someone the perfect gift? If you happen to be one of the lucky men out there with a geeky female significant other, the USB Heart Hub may be the perfect gift. The specs are pretty standard by now: USB 2.0, Windows support all the way back to Win2000, and features bus power meaning no external power cord. Sorry Mac users, you’re out of the game on this one.
What better way to share your geeky, romantic bond than with a pink, plastic heart? Heck, at $6.99 you can be romantic and thrifty.

If your significant other is of the tech loving group, or, if they just like all things pink, Sony and Samsung have you covered. The previously released Sony Ericsson W350 is now available in a light pink tone that is sure to appeal to the ladies. It is a lower end handset so as not to confuse or overburden non-smartphone users. If you want to give something a little more sophisticated/feature packed, Sprint has a pink version of the Instinct now floating around as well. So which phone are you. The music centric low techie, or the high tech “gotta have it now” crowd?
