Apple’s NDA overly restrictive?

It’s definitely not the first time this issue has come up, but apple is causing more uproar over its ever persistent and equally pain in the ass NDA. Angelo DiNardi, developer of MailWrangler wrote about his recent rejection. Apparently Apple is now adding a little phrase with each rejection letter saying, “the information contained in this message is under non-disclosure”. It’s bad enough they are crippling innovation and ideas by limiting developers’ ways of communicating to each other, but to try and enforce their garbage even after the project has been completed…and rejected is beyond insane. Don’t get me wrong, Apple has acquired a fair chunk of change from me because they do make some awesome products. But some of their policies are just so asinine it dumbfounds me how a company with such policies could become so big.

Anyway….eventually this tactic apple is taking will eventually come back to bite them.
