Boy Genius has been getting report after report of information about T-Mobile’s G1 follow up, the G2. Apparently, the previous post wasn’t to far off save for the date. The rumored date of release is now February-March of 2009. The device will still have the trackball but will have a full touchscreen taking on the Blackberry Storm and Apple iPhone head on. If the typing is as good as the iPhones soft keyboard Im going to be extremely tempted to switch back to T-Mobile. Other rumors in the mill say that there is already a G3 in the works, though details are pretty much non-existent for that still. All I can say is 2009 is going to be great year for android!
