In what is easily the biggest joke tech wise for our government to undertake in a long time, possibly ever is their persistance in delaying the DTV transition.  You all already know how I fell about it so I’ll spare you the rant a second time.  The new bill sets the same date of June 12th for the new switch off date while changing a few things in the bill that may have held off some “yes” votes the same time.  The changes pertain to the budget and “first responders”.  Right.  It honestly shames me when the government is so technologically ignorant.  Hopefully the few compitent people in the House deny a second time this ludicrous excuse of a bill.
