Bolt Browser can finally take the reigns from the decrepit BlackBerry browser with 1.6 update.

Some will be quick to point out that I don’t use a BlackBerry anymore. So how could I possibly know as to the actual real world amazingness the Bolt BlackBerry browser provides? I have a wife who is a devout CrackBerry user. ‘Nough said. One of the biggest complaints of BlackBerry users everywhere is the browser. With Bolt 1.6 comes the revelation that finally we can distance ourselves from the coding nightmare that is the BB Browser. Even though OS 4.3.2 5.0 promises a greatly improved browsing experience, the truth of the matter is that it sucks — it’s java core holding it back. But Bolt 1.6 now makes rendering problems and speed slowdowns a thing of the past. So go ahead and download the Bolt browser. Give it a try and then honestly come back here and tell me that the BB Browser is even a contender…
