New Windows Phone 7 Mango Features Revealed!
The upcoming Windows Phone 7 Mango update (Windows Phone 7.5) has had some new features leaked compliments of Windows Phone devs Ryan and Travis Lowdermilk. There will be several new major features debuting in WP7.5 including Bing Audio and Vision, SMS Dictation, on-device podcast support, and turn-by-turn navigation.
Bing Audio is essentially a rebranded service similar to Shazaam. Users will be able to hold up their WP7 phone and let it listen to a song in order to find and display song info. Bing Vision will work in a similar fashion to Bing Audio, though take in info from various bar codes, text, and images. The remaining features are pretty self-explanatory, though still much needed.
