As critical as we may be of the PlayBook, we still realize the potential that’s there. Of course, if RIM doesn’t utilize our interest and provide updates accordingly, our excitement will wane and we’ll move elsewhere. But such a day isn’t today. The new Facebook for PlayBook 1.0.5 update is now available and brings with it a ton of new updates:

• Facebook Search Integration

• Improved Access To Pages

• Message Deletion

• News Feed Improvements

• Video Uploads

If anything, we certainly like the UI. Whoever is doing the design work should get a pat on the back — simple yet effective.
