It looks like Sony’s S1 tablet just got a bit more real thanks to a freshly revealed FCC filing detailing hardware with the SGPT113JP/S and SGPT114JP/S monikers. From what we can tell now, the Android 3.x and HSPA+ (AT&T?) support mean we’re looking at another hot piece for the Android tablet scene. While we know Sony can definitely develop some good looking hardware, it remains to be seen how well their software upgrade process fares in their tablet ventures. (Spoiler: It hasn’t been great so far.)
