Alleged Images Depict Upcoming Atrix 3. Tegra 3 And 2 GB Of RAM On Board

The Android world is about to get a huge boost in raw performance thanks to Nvidia’s incoming Tegra 3 quad-core hardware. And while we’ve already seen a phone or two with said silicon leak, these alleged images of Motorola’s upcoming Atrix 3 have us most tickled. For starters, the overall design of the phone itself is simple and clean, and dare we say a lot like the current flagship Google Phone, the Galaxy Nexus. But looks are were the similarities end for the Atrix 3 above packs a quad-core Tegra 3 processor and 2 GB of RAM, 4.3″ 720 x 1280 HD display and…wait for it…a 3,300 mAh battery similar to the one we’ve seen (and love) in the RAZR MAXX. Due to the Atrix 3′s extra two cores, RAM, and higher resolution screen, we’re not expecting to see the same amazing battery life as we have on the MAXX. That said, the 3,300 mAh battery is going to be class leading not only for quad-core devices, but we’d imagine at least equal to dual-core hardware too.

We saved the best for last. The Atrix 3 will ship with Android 4.x Ice Cream Sandwich. Consider us interested.
