    Ready for a midday round of disappointment coupled with a dash of optimism? The Acer Liquid was to be a Snapdragon powered beast of a mobile device. For those with already wondering minds, be at ease as the Liquid is still coming and with a Snapdrgaon proc to boot. There's only one problem. Acer is downclocking the CPU to 768MHz.     Acer's Liquid UI enhancements have finally been set free from the inner sanctums of Acer HQ. What you'll notice is a subtly tweaked UI -- not bone stock, though not as reworked as HTC's Sense UI. Personally, I love the stock Android skin, Sense UI, and Acer's take on Android as well. What can I say, I'm easily pleased.
