    Are you a Mac user who doesn't like flickr, could care less for iPhoto and just feel like your life in pictures is completely disorganized?  If you answered yes, I'm sure you're not alone.  Google has finally released Picasa for Mac OS X.  All you need is 10.4 or higher.  And it wouldn't be a Google release if it didn't have that beta tag at the end starring back at you!  OS X is the last of the major three desktop OS's to get Picasa support.  Now if only they would hurry along the OS...
  • 17″ Macbook Pro going unibody?

    Back in September when the Macbooks and 15" Macbook Pro were refreshed, the 17" was curiously left out of the lime light.  At the time, the only refresh it received was some updated processors.  Many have speculated since then the reason behind the delay.  Apple themselves said it was due to "manufacturing and design issues".  So what is the real reason?  We still don't know.  But what is believed to happen is an announcement of some sort at Macworld highlighting the 17" Macbook Pro fi...

    Being sued by a multi-million dollar company that could potentially put you out of business means that you should continue selling the products that got you in hot water in the first place.  Scratch that, take it one step further and release updated models of said product.  Pystar is apparently putting the lawsuit they're currently in with Apple in the backs of their minds as they have now announced updated desktops with OS X, the "Big Bag of Hurt" formerly known as Blue-Ray, and Nvidia 9800 g...
