Apparently things went well with the last co-op between U2 and RIM because as they did this past year, RIM will again be the title sponsor for U2's 2010 North American tour. Taking on such a challenge is not for the faint of heart or light of wallet. Copious amounts of time, energy, and money are needed to put on such shows and tours. I applaud RIM for reaching out into the consumer space and trying to be "consumer cool". Now, let's just hope they do a better job than this past year's (2009...

Harder bands that feature a female singer and continue to rock are few and far between. One band in particular that fits the bill is that of Paramore. Some may confuse them at times with Flyleaf. While the ultimate goal of any local band is to become famous, the one thing that should never leave priority spot number 1 is that of good music. The term "good mus...

Alter Bridge. Whether you knew them before or after they made the switch from Creed, you surely know the potential they had. With Myles Kennedy that potential was unleashed. While many will surely disagree, I find Alter Bridge, and more importantly, Myles Kennedy to have one of the best voices for someone in this genre. He has range, power, and control (most days). With heavy hits such as "Ties that Bind" to amazing rock balads such as "Blackbird" (my personal favorite) to more mainstream...
