LG Lucid Specs Leak -> Pass

Eager to unload your wallet and its weighty greenbacks on a device worthy enough to call your palm home? Then pass on by the upcoming LG Lucid. While the mid-range price tag (likely ~$150ish) is a great entry point for 1.2 GHz dual-core power and LTE, we’re just not seeing anything special about this device. The 4″ WVGA (800 x 480) IPS NOVA display will probably look nice and the 1,700 mAh battery might even be somewhat able to stand up to the LTE radio’s onslaught, but everything about this phone’s styling screams whispers “look at me” under its breath. The most offending spec, however, is that this “new” phone will ship with the ancient Android 2.3 Gingerbread. How much do you want to guess this phone won’t be seeing Ice Cream Sandwich anytime soon (if ever)? Seriously, LG. When are you going to bring some really nice devices to U.S. shores? The Lucid, as it is in this image, is not it.
