Mac Christmas in October!!!

**EDIT**  On the MacBook Pro’s the you get both the 9400 M integrated graphics AND the 9600 GT M.  You can change between the integrated and discrete graphics for either better performance or battery life!  Awesome job Apple!

Apple announced many new and exciting upgrades to their MacBook Pro, MacBook, and Air laptops. As well as introducing a new cinema display.

**All aluminum MacBook’s, MacBook Pro’s, and MacBook Air’s will have the new mini display port, multi touch glass trackpad and ports on the sides.**

-The MacBook has been lowered to $999 for the old plastic body style.

– A new aluminum MacBook has been introduced starting at $1299 for the 2.0GHz processor, 250GB hard drive and 2GB of RAM. For $1599 the processor is bumped up to 2.4GHz, 4GB of RAM and a 320 GB hard drive. All aluminum MacBooks will have the large glass trackpad, Nvidia 9400 M integrated graphics, 1066MHz DDR3 memory, all ports on the sides, and a mini display port.

-The cinama display is a gorgeous 24′ glossy screen with 1920×1200 resolution. It has 3 connections. A 3port USB hub, a MagSafe connector, and a mini display port connector. It will be $899.

-The MacBook Air gets some nice upgrades as well. The Air has two price points, $1799 and $2499. For $1799 you get 1.6 GHz processor, an option for a 120GB “old fashioned” hard drive, Nvidia 9400 M integrated graphics, and a Mini Display Port.
The $2499 option gets you a faster 1.86GHz processor and the option of a SSD hard drive up to 128GB.

-Finally, the MacBook Pro comes in two configurations as well. First, starting at$1999 you will get a 2.4GHz processor, 2GB of 1066MHz DDR3 RAM, 250GB hard drive,  the Nvidia 9400 M integrated graphics AND the 9600 GT M. For $2499 you get an upgraded processor to 2.53GHz, 4GB of 1066MHz DDR3 RAM, and a 320GB hard drive. Both versions will have slot loading super drives and the option for SSD hard drives.
