Seinfeld hits the road

It’s over as soon as it started…
Reports are all over the net this morning of Seinfeld being dumped and replaced in Microsoft’s ads. It seems sort of odd seeing as how Microsoft spent weeks hyping about using him in commercials. Although, the person they are replacing him with is kind of funny. They are dressing someone up as a John Hodgeman look-a-like…the PC guy in the Mac ads. I wonder what image they are trying to portray here. His message is supposed to address the stereotypical image that windows has acquired. The image would be business serious, consumer dorky. I’m not sure about their reasoning behind this change. But either way, it’s a weird and quick change of events.
